In 2007 JSC „Techmaris“ became Norwegian capital company. Companies main activity is staff selection in Lithuania and other Baltic States. Selected workers are employed in Norwegian company „Uniqon“ AS. The company offers building, equipting, and staff rent services in Norway.

Company‘s potencial increases every year. In the very begining we had employed only 15-20 workers in the whole company, and today we employ over 40 workers only in construction sector. The key to our successful growth is our workers proffessionalims, good organization of work, and clear business.
Team of proffesionals
Innovative ways of staff selection is the key factor to form a team of real proffessionals who are able to work quickly and qualitatively performing various projects (construction, indoor interior, renovation, frame and shield-shaped house montage). We also have different proffession workers in our team: welders, electricians, engineers, glass and aluminium fitters. Our carpenters are succesufully working in shield-shaped house factories from 2017.
